Follow-Up Assistance Program
Purpose:
- To complement and support post-program work being completed at home
- To monitor use of Davis skills and strategies and provide consistent guidance for implementation as student matures and continues through academic disciplines
- To alleviate stress at home while trying to balance integration of busy family schedules with assigned homework from school
Implementation:
- Can begin anytime following completion of program and the included tune-up hours
- Parental request
- Session duration scheduled according to client request for time and frequency
- Hourly fees applied
Benefits:
- Quiet and undisturbed environment in which to work
- As new and different classroom assignments appear, student continues to learn how to apply Davis activities and thought processes
- Use of Davis skills continue to strengthen, resulting in life-long learning strategies
- Symbol Mastery word activities continue to build vocabulary mastery
- One-on-one guidance provided each time by same educator, Kim Carson

Professional services described as Davis®, Davis Dyslexia Correction®, Davis Symbol Mastery®, Davis Orientation Counseling®, and Davis Math Mastery® may only be provided by persons who are employed by a licensed Davis Specialist, or who are trained and licensed as Davis Facilitators by Davis Dyslexia Association International.
